The Willows B&B welcomes people with disabilities and has developed the Access Statement in order to address some of the more common issues that disabled people face.
This access statement is intended to provide additional information for all guests who stay at The Willows B&B. Recognition has been given to include guests with an impairmentwhich could include; Mobility, Sight, Hearing, Learning Disabilities or any other hidden impairment.
The Willows B&B aims to ensure that all guests and employees who use or assist in the provision of our services, whether they have a mobility difficulty, are blind or have visual impairment, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have speech impairment or difficulty, use a wheelchair or cane, walking frame or crutches or have any other disability., are treated equally, with respect and according to their needs.
We request that anybody wishing to make an enquiry or booking inform us of special needs or disabilities that they have in order for us to meet any personal requirements. The Willows aims to assist disabled guests with empathy.
The Willows B&B is located in Oldswinford which is about 1 kilometre south of Stourbridge town centre.
The Willows B&B is about 10 kilometeres from the M5 (junction 4). Both the M6 southbound and M42 westbound, join the M5 close to junction 4 .
The Willows B&B has one level car park suitable for six vehicles immediately in front of the B&B entrance. Disabled parking is facilitated simply by the proprietors arranging the parking of cars.
The Willows B&B has three bedrooms all of which are on the first floor and are inaccessible to wheelchair users. The staircase does have handrails on both sides to help ascent and descent.
